The Assistant manager position requires an energetic leader who displays operational

excellence in every area, as well as assist hiring, training and scheduling

employees.

·Manages Restaurant

·Directs staff in food safety, food

preparation, and cleanliness standards

·Completes and posts work schedules in

manager’s absence

·Motivate and train staff

·Customer service experience

·Able to be on

feet for entire workday

·Must be able to

lift up to 30lbs

Restaurant

experience and supervising and training experience preferred. Open availability

required.
